• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: Delivery within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

• Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in selected cities across Pakistan.

• Please ensure availability of the exact amount at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.

Delivery Delays

• Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, courier service delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Zaycart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

Incorrect Address
